The Front Desk Supervisor will act as lead concierge, lobby greeter and whatever else it takes to keep our guests happy including check in, check out, answering the telephone, greeting guests, taking reservations, resolving guest complaints and having effective communications with guests and staff. We are seeking candidates to be a part of our great team and that are able to lead a front desk team. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and good at resolving guest complaints/issue and be able to effectively communicate with guests and staff. Monitor associate productivity and direct work flow of agents to ensure their success, growth and development. Also will work on other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager, which may include but not limited to GSA schedules, supply ordering, time-keeping corrections.
Candidate must have at least 1 year of background in a high volume, guest service Hotel environment.
